    Should you unfortunately receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) due to an incorrect crossing date or a mistake on our end, please ensure to inform us within 14 days from the date on the PCN letter. You should include the PCN reference number and vehicle registration in your report. Rest assured, we will shoulder any expenses arising from any errors made on our part within this period. However, if a PCN is disregarded, we cannot accept liability for any fines or bailiff costs incurred after the 14-day period from the date of the initial PCN letter.
